Modern Slavery

Modern Slavery

Introduction

Modern slavery is a crime and a violation of fundamental human rights. It takes various forms, such as slavery, servitude, forced and compulsory labour and human trafficking, all of which have in common the deprivation of a person’s liberty by another in order to exploit them for personal or commercial gain.
This Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement is a response to Section 541, part 6 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and relates to actions and activities for the financial year ending 2024. Beklane Limited ‘the Company’, ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’ is committed to preventing slavery and human trafficking
violations in its own operations, its supply chain, and its products. We have a zero-tolerance towards slavery and require our supply chain to comply with our values.
