Welcome to Beklane Ltd. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of
cleaning services by Beklane Ltd (“Beklane”, “we”, “us”, “our”) to clients (“you”, “your”,
“the Client”) across international locations. By using our services or website, you accept
these Terms in full. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.


1. Services
Beklane Ltd provides residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not
limited to:
Regular domestic cleaning
End-of-tenancy cleaning
Deep cleaning
Commercial and office cleaning
One-off or scheduled appointments
Service details, duration, and pricing will be confirmed prior to booking.


2. Bookings
Bookings can be made via phone, email, or through our website.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse any booking without providing a reason.


3. Access to Property
The Client must ensure access to the property at the agreed date and time.

If access is not available or denied, the full service fee may still apply.
The Client is responsible for providing keys, alarm codes, and instructions if needed.


4. Pricing and Payment
Prices are quoted in local currency and are inclusive of VAT (if applicable).
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment terms and accepted methods (e.g., credit/debit cards, bank transfer, digital
wallets) may vary by country.
Late payments may incur a fee of 5% per month above the national bank rate.


5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the agreed fee.
Failure to cancel and non-attendance at the property may result in a 100% charge.


6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate information regarding the property and service needs
Remove valuables or fragile items before cleaning
Notify us of any hazards (e.g. pets, faulty electrics, broken fixtures)
Beklane Ltd is not liable for pre-existing damage or the consequences of incorrect
information provided by the Client.


7. Damage and Liability
While we take care in all cleaning tasks, we will not be liable for wear and tear, existing
damage, or deterioration.
Any accidental damage caused by our staff must be reported within 24 hours of service.
Our liability is limited to the cost of re-cleaning or repairing the affected item or area and
excludes any consequential loss.


8. Insurance

Beklane Ltd holds public liability insurance. Copies of our insurance certificate can be
provided upon request.


9. Complaints
Complaints must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. We will aim to resolve
any issues promptly. If re-cleaning is offered, it must be accepted within 3 working days.


10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control,
including extreme weather, illness, strikes, or government restrictions.


11. Termination of Agreement
Beklane Ltd may terminate the service or agreement at any time if:
The Client is abusive or behaves unreasonably toward staff
Payment is not made in accordance with these Terms
Unsafe working conditions are present


12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject
to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.


13. Amendments to Terms
Beklane Ltd reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version will
always be available on our website or provided upon request.
